Customer has to place the selected gift into the basket by clicking on it during ordering. The machine will offer the selectable options under the CONTENTS OF THE CART during the process of purchasing.

1 gift may be selected on the occasion of submitting 1 order.

If you will not place any of the gifts offered by the machine into the basket, it will not be included in the package either. Therefore, please pay due attention, when submitting your order. You may see the gift in the contents of the basket and also in the letter that confirms the order. If you do not see it in the order confirming letter and you do not see it on the invoice either, this means that you did not put it into the basket. In this case please read the information that is provided at the bottom of this page.

*Gifts are stock dependant options and they are not automatically due for the orders. Customer has to decide whether he wants to exercise the gift option or not.

The Customer is able to always select from those gifts that the machine currently offers during the purchase.

What should you do, if you did not put the gift into the basket, if you did not select it:


1./ If you did not put the gift into the basket, it will not appear in the contents of the basket and it will not be visible in the letter that confirms the order either. We are able to add the gift to the order prior to posting the package, provided you request it through any of our contact points.

2./ We are able to send the gift as a separate gift after having posted the package, if its transport fee is paid in advance.

3./ Naturally we wish to assist the customers in each case, whenever they indicate that they realised only after receiving the package that they forgot to place the gift into the basket. Therefore, we will place +1 gift into the package on the occasion of your next purchase. However, in this case you may select the gift from the gifts available on the occasion of your next purchase.

4./ It may happen that when you enter the system, there will be still a gift in the warehouse. However, by the time you actually submit your order, the gift will be already out of stock. This means that somebody has put the last item into his/her basket and purchased it before you with a submitted order. If there is no gift in the basket, it may be seen still prior to submitting your order in the order summary (before you submit your order to us). Therefore, if it is not in the basket, it may mean two things: either you did not put it into it, or just before you somebody else purchased the last item. In this latter case, you may select from the other currently available gifts. Prior to submitting the order, you may at any time place the gift into the basket, which will be visible in the contents of the basket and also in the order summary.

Returning the gift or any other PR product when exercising the cancellation right:

A free gift may be selected (depending on the goods on stock) in the course of ordering (GIFT MENU ITEM) above a defined amount of the purchase. The gift is a part of the order, therefore, if Customer accepts the gift that is offered in the course of ordering (or one of the gifts), it automatically agrees to return the gift in an untried and unused condition in case its order is cancelled. Customer with the enforcement of its right to cancel the purchase will not be entitled to keep the gift.

EXCEPTIONS:
- if the final amount exceeds even without the returned good the amount that is needed for getting the gift

- if Customer asks that the returned good be replaced with another product, together with which the final amount reaches the amount that entitles it to request the gift

- if Customer asks the replacement of the product to be returned

- Customer may decide that it wishes to keep the gift. In this case we will charge the amount of the gift and it will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

We will not refund to Customer damages that may occur in the course of the delivery of the gift.
